The mission of Cainneach Running Club is to promote camaraderie and increase the overall fitness level of local residents by organizing and/or participating in races while providing regular training sessions to improve overall fitness and performance.

Cainneach runners train together and participates in local and neighboring cities 5K, 10K and half-marathons/marathons.

Cainneach is for everyone at any fitness level. If you're an amateur, novice or advanced runner or walker you will find that we treat you like family while making friends for life!

Weekly organized runs will be posted every week along with local running events as they happen.
